Joël Armary lived in Washington DC, Boston and Singapore and is now located in PAU (Nouvelle Occitanie) a rich industrial region in Southwestern France, which succeeded in its transition from old energy (gas production) to new renewable energy and technology.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris.
A native French speaker, his language skills include English and he has worked for companies in France, Belgium, Europe, U.S. and Asia-Pacific.
